Portland City Fair Evangelism

I was by myself at the Portland City Fair, so there was no one to take pictures. BUT... I met people from three different churches all of whom were handing out tracts and sharing the gospel. There were lots of people there sharing the gospel! When I walked up to people on the sidewalk I'd often get a response that went something like, "I've already heard what you have to say twice this evening." The Lord was working in many ways!

City Fair Crowds Were Light That Evening
The crowds were much lighter than previous years, but there were still
plenty of people who needed the gospel.

I was struck by the number of people on drugs I met this year. I was even solicited by people who wanted to buy drugs from me. All I had to give them was the gospel -- something that is much better than any drug. But unfortunately I can't say any of them recognized their slavery and their need for a new master.
